    • When assembling your 6'" BKB AT wheels, there are a couple of tips to help you have a quick and easy assembly process.

    • Organize your parts into groups, there should be:

    • 20 Locknuts, 10 short bolts, 10 long bolts, 6 standard hubs, 2 Geared Hubs, 4 tires, 6 tubes, 4 spacers, 4 valvestems.

    • When assembling the wheels, there's a couple of things to keep in mind.

    • The tires are directional, meaning the tread has a specific direction they should rotate.

    • To avoid any mistakes, use the valve stem as a placeholder, the valve stem should be facing the outside of the wheel.

    • Place a tube into two of your tires, make sure you have the valve-stem coming out opposite sides.

    • TIP: Slightly inflating the tube once it's within the tire will allow for more clearance when assembling the rims.

    • Take any of the 6 standard hubs and push the hub into the tire, lining up the open half-circle for the valve stem.

    • Take a silver spacer and place it on the inside center of the hub, on the bearing.

    • Install your next hub on the backside of the wheel, with the silver spacer in the middle and the valve stem properly seated.

    • Repeat on the second Front Wheel.

    • Now that you have both hubs onto the tire, it's time to secure them.

    • Grab 10 locknuts and 10 short bolts.

    • Place the bolts through the hubs, with the heads on the valve stem side (you don't want the ends of the bolts facing outward)

    • Get the locknuts started if you can. If you cannot, make sure the hubs are lined up properly, and the bolt is all the way through.

    • If you notice on the hubs, the locknuts fit perfectly into the hub, you can use this to get the bolts threaded, then finish off the job with a tool/power tool.

    • Don't tighten down the bolts fully, we'll do that at the end.

    • Place a tube into the last two of your tires, and make sure you have the valve stem coming out opposite sides.

    • TIP: Slightly inflating the tube once it's within the tire will allow for more clearance when assembling the rims.

    • Take a standard hub and push the hub into the tire, lining up the open half-circle for the valve stem.

    • Take a silver spacer and place it on the inside center of the hub, on the bearing.

    • Install a geared hub on the backside of the wheel, with the silver spacer in the middle and the valve stem properly seated.

    • Repeat on the second Rear Wheel.

    • Now that you have both hubs onto the tire, it's time to secure them.

    • Grab 10 locknuts and 10 long bolts.

    • Place the bolts through the hubs, with the locknuts on the geared side.

    • Get the locknuts started if you can. If you cannot, make sure the hubs are lined up properly, and the bolt is all the way through.

    • The locknuts fit perfectly into the hub, you can use this to get the bolts threaded.

    • Be sure to inspect each wheel to make sure there are no tube pinches, hub spacing, or overall bad fits.

    • A powered tool makes this step much quicker

    • Pro-Tip: Place something through the spacer, through the axle hole. Ensuring the silver spacer is properly seated when tightening.

    • Tighten down each wheel in a star pattern. Meaning that after one bolt is tightened, skip the next one in rotation and repeat.

    • Repeat this process on every wheel.

    • At this point, the hard part is over. Good job!

    • We advise testing the tires/tubes before riding. We typically inflate the tires to about 45 psi and let them sit overnight. *To ensure that there are no pre-existing leaks*

    • After they have been inflated, it's time to ride!

    • You can adjust the PSI of your wheels according to your terrain or desired grip/feel. When tires run at low PSI, the tread will typically wear faster.

    • Be careful when riding, and wear your best protective gear.
