    • If you secured the four motor bolts, you will need to loosen them to allow the motor pulley to be close enough to the wheel pulley

  7. Secure the wheel with a washer and locknut Pull back on the motor to tension the belt While holding it in this position, tighten the one exposed motor bolt

  8. Remove the one washer, locknut, wheel, and belt Tighten the other three motor bolts Reinstall the wheel and locknut to finish the assembly of this side!

    • Tighten the other three motor bolts

    • Reinstall the wheel and locknut to finish the assembly of this side!

    • The order of parts on the truck from inside to outside should be:

    • Washer, wheel, washer, locknut

  9. Repeat steps 2-8 to install a wheel (+ pulley) on the other side of the truck

  10. Then, remove one washer and locknut from the front truck Place a wheel on the truck with the stem facing outwards Add the washer and locknut back to the truck and tighten (washer, wheel, washer, locknut)

  12. Now its time to inflate the wheels!

    • Inflate the tires to 50PSI. You should set the compressor to 55-60PSI because some air will leak out when you remove the connector
