  1. Loosen the set screw in the stock 15T motor pulley Remove the motor pulley You can use a flat head screw driver to create leverage if you cannot easily pull it off.

  2. Add two drops of Loctite to the motor shaft Remove the set screw in the 20T motor pulley and add Loctite
    • Add two drops of Loctite to the motor shaft

    • Remove the set screw in the 20T motor pulley and add Loctite

  3. Push the motor pulley all the way onto the motor shaft until it is flush with the end of the motor shaft Tighten the set screw to secure the motor pulley
    • Push the motor pulley all the way onto the motor shaft until it is flush with the end of the motor shaft

    • Tighten the set screw to secure the motor pulley

  4. Loosen the four motor mount screws to add the wheel pulley Add the wheel pulley and belt
    • Loosen the four motor mount screws to add the wheel pulley

    • Add the wheel pulley and belt

  5. Pull back on the motor to tension the belt Secure the four screws while holding the motor in this position
    • Pull back on the motor to tension the belt

    • Secure the four screws while holding the motor in this position

    • Your bolts should be in the same position as shown. With the large motor pulley you can have less belt tension, so do not over tighten the belts. You should be able to deflect the belt a few millameters with your finger

  6. Add the wheel and secure with a washer and locknut
    • Add the wheel and secure with a washer and locknut

    • The order of parts on the truck should be as follows, from inside to outside:

    • Washer, wheel pulley, wheel, washer, locknut

  7. Repeat the previous steps to install the 20T motor pulley on the other side Repeat the previous steps to install the 20T motor pulley on the other side
    • Repeat the previous steps to install the 20T motor pulley on the other side

    • ALWAYS WEAR A HELMET! THE BOARD WILL GO SIGNIFICANTLY FASTER, AND PLEASE CONSIDER WEARING PADS!
